05 A 6 Air Conditioning Performance

Summer in Phoenix is almost here and once again I am dreading my A6 poor AC performance. United Auto just checked the system out and it is supposedly OK.
My families past A6's of older age did not perform as poorly as my 05 A6. My interior is black which I know does not help but over 102 it takes for ever for my car to get cool even if it is in the sun only a short time.

Of course I always use my shades on the rear and side and put up a front shield. I also turnoff the automatic fresh air and only recirc interior air.

Any one have any thoughts?
